Through an anteroom furnished with a wardrobe you enter a large kitchen/dining room with a view out onto the garden. An antique Italian glass-fronted cupboard is extensively equipped with crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc. There is a four-ringed gas hob and oven, a refrigerator, a stainless-steel double sink, and a dining table with six chairs. Next to an open, terracotta-tiled fireplace there is a small table with two wicker chairs.

A corridor leads to the main bedroom, furnished with a large, antique wooden wardrobe, and a four-poster bed (width 180 cm). The second bedroom is accessed via the kitchen and is furnished with three wooden farmhouse beds. This room has a balcony with a small table and two chairs. The terrace adjoining Apartment I has an octagonal granite table, garden chairs, and a large sun umbrella.
