The front door to this apartment is accessed via a corridor and three steps, and opens into an anteroom leading into a kitchen. A glass-fronted cupboard and further kitchen cupboards contain enough crockery for 10 guests. There is a fridge freezer, and set into the travertine-tiled kitchen counter are three gas rings, an electric hob, and a stainless-steel double sink. In addition there is a small oven and, as in every apartment, a coffee machine, thermos flasks and a toaster. The solid Tuscan kitchen table can be extended at both ends.

On the far side of the kitchen a door leads into a bedroom with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a double bed (width 165 cm) and, in addition, an antique wooden farmhouse bed (width 110cm). Another door leads off the kitchen into a library room with a fireplace, which can be used as both a sitting room and bedroom (for the children of two families, for example). There are two single beds in the main room, and a further three on a mezzanine level. The third bedroom is off this main room and contains a four-poster bed (width 165 cm).

In the lower garden there are two dining tables for the exclusive use of guests in Apartment II: a marble table beneath a palm tree, and a travertine table with lighting for the evenings.
