Appartement Filipo: There is another apartment available for rent on the outskirts of the village of Castagneto-Carducci. It is approximately 75 sq. metres, and was built in 2004. One of its terraces offers unspoilt views out over a picturebook Tuscan landscape, which includes the roofs of Mulino Rotone, the hills of the Maremma, the medieval ‘Torre’ and the Mediterranean Sea. This is an ideal spot from which to watch the sun rise and set. A small garden with stone tables, at the edge of a sloping olive grove, also belongs to the apartment.

The elegant apartment Filipo is on the first floor of the building, and its large living room is surrounded by terraces and windows with an almost 360 degree view of the countryside. The modern kitchen comprises a double sink, cooker and built-in fridge. There is an antique dresser and linen cupboard, a round, black granite table with bentwood chairs, cable television and a sofa which can be converted into a double bed. There is a second dining table out on the terrace.

The master bedroom (which also has its own terrace) is furnished with a double bed (width 160 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. A smaller bedroom contains a second double bed, a wardrobe and a Chinese cabinet. Shower room. All rooms are elegantly furnished.
